RETURNING GOODS:

If you wish to make a return, we ask you to notify us within the 7 days from the date of your purchase.
Goods may be returned to us within 10 days from purchase date, If purchased new items they must be in an unused condition (unless faulty) and in original packaging,
The customer is responsible for any return postage costs, items must be posted using a signed for service and the receipt retained as proof of sending.
If the item is found to be faulty following inspection postage costs will be refunded. Refund of postage costs is at the discretion of the management.

REFUNDS:
Customers must request a refund before returning any goods, we can be notified via Facebook message, telephone or email: linneysequestrians@yahoo.com
Refunds will not be processed if we have not been advised of the intention to return the item!
Refunds are typically done on the same day we receive your item back with us, however it can take up to 5 days to process and will be paid into the PayPal or bank account/card used to make the original purchase only.
